Director of Development
Application Closing Date: Until Position Filled

PAL seeks a Director of Development (Director) to provide strategic and operational leadership in support of PAL’s overall vision and goals, with a focus on individual giving and major gifts.  In partnership with the Executive Director, the Director is responsible for all fundraising and development activities in support of PAL’s new, five-year strategic plan.  The Director will oversee a team of five to six development staffers, and will have primary responsibility for establishing and implementing the infrastructure needed to support planned growth and annual giving.  He/she is expected to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward major donors and foundations, and collaborate with the Executive Director on corporate and government funding.   In addition, the Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, the Board Development Committee, and individual Board members as they take on more active fundraising roles.

The Director is a senior management position reporting to the Executive Director, and will be an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting PAL.


Program Coordinator
Application Closing Date: Until Position Filled

The Program Coordinator position is a full-time position responsible for the planning and implementation of various activities at PAL, including on-going, seasonal, and annual educational, recreational and cultural programs and events. The Program Coordinator supports the successful delivery of programs across PAL centers and works closely with PAL Center Directors and center-based support staff. This position reports to the Director of Programs and Education.
