he Philadelphia Police Athletic League of Philadelphia is pleased
to present the First Annual PhillyPAL Charity Basketball Tournament.
Proceeds raised through this effort will help to provide free services
to Philadelphia's youth at all of our 26 PAL centers located throughout
the city.
Location & Date
The 3on3 basketball tournament will be held at our new, state of the
art "Lenfest Center" located in North Philadelphia on Saturday
and Sunday, April 24th & 25th from 9 AM until 5 PM). There will
be plenty of off-street parking available.

Registration
Teams of 3 to 4 players are welcome to register for the event. Only
players who are 18 years of age or older may register and participate.
Registration fees are $100 for each team. There will be no day of
event registrations. Participating teams must be pre-registered and
paid in full no later than April 21, 2010 to be entered.
Teams may register by mail or in-person at PAL Headquarters, 2524
E. Clearfield Street, Philadelphia, PA 19134 during normal business
hours. If you elect to register by mail, please make sure that we'll
be in receipt of your registration and payment before the deadline.
Registrations received after the deadline will be returned as will
those that we receive after we fill all of our team slots. We only
have space for 40 teams so everyone is encouraged to register early!
Rules, Regulations and Forms
Detailed rules, instructions, waiver and registration forms are included
in the Registration Packet above. Please note that we must receive
a completed and legible registration form, a waiver signed by all
team members, and your payment no later than April 21, 2010 for your
registration to be accepted. Teams that attempt to register without
providing both of these documents and the required fee will not be
registered in the tournament.
